General terms of use

These General Conditions regulate the use (including mere access) of the web pages that make up the LIBRENETWORKS website, including the contents and services made available on them. Any person who accesses the LIBRENETWORKS website agrees to be bound by the General Conditions in force at any given time on the LIBRENETWORKS portal.

User commitments and obligations

The user is informed, and accepts, that access to this website does not in any way imply the beginning of a commercial relationship with LIBRENETWORKS. Therefore, the user agrees to use the website, its services and content without contravening current legislation, good faith and public order.

The use of the website for illegal or harmful purposes, or in any way that may cause harm or prevent the normal functioning of the website, is strictly prohibited. As for the contents of this website, the following are prohibited:

Subscriptions and renewals

When the USER becomes a member of the LIBRENETWORKS subscription service, they acknowledge and accept that it is a membership service and that it will be renewed according to the conditions of the service (for example, a monthly membership will be charged every month, while an annual membership will be charged once a year).

The USER acknowledges and accepts that all LIBRENETWORKS subscriptions are indefinite unless the USER cancels the service before its next renewal.

Payment methods

Accepted payment methods on the LIBRENETWORKS website are processed through third-party platforms Paypal and Stripe. The USER’s subscription payment is made in advance, and a user account will be created for them. The USER can cancel their subscription at any time from their user account on the LIBRENETWORKS website.

Refund Policy

LIBRENETWORKS offers a refund to the USER in the following cases:

  • Incorrect charges by LIBRENETWORKS (for example, charging a canceled subscription, etc.)
  • Inability to access the website and not receiving technical support or assistance.

LIBRENETWORKS does not offer a refund to the USER in the following cases:

  • If you have downloaded any product from the website.
  • Renewal of subscription if not cancelled prior to the renewal date. Purchasing a membership again counts as a voluntary renewal and is not eligible for a refund.
  • Subscription by mistake or change of mind.
  • Inability to download a product that has been removed from the website.
  • Errors or incompatibilities between products.
  • If any theme or plugin requires a license key or API to function.
  • Lack of technical knowledge by the user to make the product work.
  • Due to changes in policies of the developers of the tools offered here, discontinuing an update, API Key or license, modification of terms and conditions of use, or by the closure of the Librenetworks website.

** Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Technical Support

The software provided by LIBRENETWORKS is developed under the GPL license by third-party developers completely unrelated to LIBRENETWORKS and is distributed without a license key, therefore without official technical support from either LIBRENETWORKS or automatic updates. The software distributed by LIBRENETWORKS does not include an implied warranty that it will work as desired by the USER or with all associated third-party components.

Software Updates

The software published by LIBRENETWORKS will be updated regularly by LIBRENETWORKS without pre-established dates. Such updates may be canceled at any time by LIBRENETWORKS without prior notice.


LIBRENETWORKS does not guarantee that the software, in whole or in part, will continue to be available on the LIBRENETWORKS website. The same applies to API Keys. LIBRENETWORKS reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue all or part of the downloads or API Keys with or without notice.

Likewise, the prices of any product on the LIBRENETWORKS website are subject to change at any time by LIBRENETWORKS without prior notice.

Member Account

Users are required to create a member account when purchasing any product on the LIBRENETWORKS website. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and are not allowed to share and/or distribute their account login data.

Customers are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account and agree to immediately notify the Provider of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach. The provider will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the customer’s failure to comply with these terms. LIBRENETWORKS requires all users to be over 18 years old to have a customer account.

Abuse and Account Limitations

Users will have a limit of up to 15 daily downloads.

LIBRENETWORKS is set up for the use and benefit of individual members. It is not intended nor allowed for other ‘GPL’ websites to use it in order to add it to their library. This is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the user’s account. No refunds will be provided.

Violation of account limits or any type of abuse that harms LIBRENETWORKS or other users of the LIBRENETWORKS website will immediately result in cancellation of their membership account without possibility of refund.

Termination or suspension of member account

LIBRENETWORKS reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel any user account without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion. No refunds will be provided to customers who have cancelled their accounts. Examples of reasons for termination include: 1) Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity towards LIBRENETWORKS staff and/or other LIBRENETWORKS customers; 2) Repeated defamatory, malicious and/or false statements, including slandering against LIBRENETWORKS and/or attempting to persuade potential customers not to purchase LIBRENETWORKS products; 3) Promoting competitors’ products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming and other illegal acts; 4) LIBRENETWORKS reasonably believes the user’s account has been compromised, shared with others, or for other security reasons.

Commercial use of goods and services

If you are using LIBRENETWORKS services on behalf of a company, that company agrees to these terms. It will indemnify and hold harmless LIBRENETWORKS and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action arising out of or related to the use of the Goods or Services or the violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees.

Sponsored ads, affiliate links, and advertising

This website offers users sponsored content, advertisements, and/or affiliate links.

Among the links provided, there is the possibility to inform and reference products and/or services and/or info-products. In these latter cases, that request will be referred to third parties.
